| 16-05-2024 | It is currently not possible to log on to the Ricoh multifunctionals. Update: fixed. |
| 15-05-2024 | SharePoint (sharepoint.ugent.be) will be unavailable from Friday 17 May 10pm until Saturday 18 May 1pm due to an update of the SharePoint 2.0 environment. |
| 03-05-2024 | UGent's password policy stipulates that you must change your account's password every year. If your password hasn't been changed in a long time you will receive a notification via e-mail. |
| 26-04-2024 | On Monday evening 29/4, Unified Communication (UC) will receive an urgent update. Between 8pm and 10pm, calling with UC will not be possible. Calls from a fixed-line phone will continue to work. |
| 15-04-2024 | On Friday 19 April, the Ricoh print servers will be upgraded. You may therefore experience inconvenience when printing that day. |
| 08-04-2024 | From 8 to 10 April, the Ufora login system will be undergoing work, normally without disruption to end users. If you do notice a problem, please report it to ufora@ugent.be. |
| 26-03-2024 | There are currently problems logging into the Oasis application on Athena. Update: fixed. |
| 13-12-2023 | Some old DNS servers will be switched off on Tuesday, 19 December. Just about all laptops and standard desktops are set to be automatically assigned the correct network configuration. Check here if that is not the case. |
