Eduroam config profile removal instructions
iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Settings app
- Choose General - Profile
- Choose the relevant profile, eduroam, and tap Remove.
Mac OS X
- Search for Mobileconfig.
- Select the Eduroam profile.
- Remove the profile via - .
Windows
- Open the Command prompt (as administrator)
- Type the following in the command prompt: netsh wlan show profiles
- If eduroam is available then run the following to remove de eduroam profile:
netsh wlan delete profile name="eduroam"
Connect again with Eduroam and accept the certificate.
