Eduroam mobile config removal instructions 
In some circumstances, for example when changing certificate or password, it is necessary to delete the Eduroam profile
Remove the Eduroam profile on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
To remove the Eduroam profile, "forget" the Eduroam network and add it again:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
- Tap "Eduroam" (if it's not the active network you'll find it under "My networks")
- Tap "Forget This Network"
- Add Eduroam again
Remove the Eduroam profile on macOS
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click "Network"
- Select Wi-Fi in the list on the left (if not already active)
- Click the "Advanced..." button.
- Choose "eduroam" from the "Preferred Networks" list
- Click the remove button (–) beneath the list
- Click "OK" and "Apply"
- Add Eduroam again
Remove the Eduroam profile on Windows
- Select the Wi-Fi network icon on the taskbar and then select "Network and Internet"
- Select Wi-Fi then Manage Known Networks
- Right click on "Eduroam" and choose "Don't remember"
- Then select "Connect"
