In order to troubleshoot e-mail delivery troubles or to report spam, you need the full headers. That is why you have to forward the received email as an attachment. Thus the necessary info will be included
Below you find a description of how you can consult the full headers of an e-mail message in different e-mail clients.
Select the e-mail message, click 'More actions' (... symbol) and choose 'View message details'.
Open the message as if you were planning to read it and then click on 'Message Source'.
Double-click the e-mail message for which you want to view full internet headers. Click on the arrow right from Tags The full headers will be displayed in the frame Internet headers. You can select and copy/paste them into the e-mail you are sending to us.
Select the e-mail message and make a right-click. Choose Message Options The full headers will be displayed in the frame Internet headers.
Click on a message to open it and choose File - Properties. Choose tab Details. There you will see the headers of the message.
You can find the full headers of a message via View - Message Source.
Go to the main menu of Pine (command m) and choose Setup (s) - Configure (c). Check the option enable-full-header-cmd. Save these new settings. Now you will be able to see the full headers of an e-mail message by using the command h after you have opened the message.
The full headers of a message can be consulted via Options - Show Headers - All.
The full headers of a message can be consulted via via View - Show Headers - All. Or via View - Message Source.
When you click on a message, you will be able to see a new window with a button that says Blah, blah, blah. By clicking on that button you will be ablo te see all headers and formatting.
Click on the message and choose Reader - Show all headers
Click on the message for which you want to see the full header information. Click the View pull-down menu, and then choose Message and Raw Source, OR press Command-Shift-H on the keyboard.
