26-03-2024 There are currently problems logging into the Oasis application on Athena.
Update: fixed.
21-03-2024 It is currently not possible to scan with the Ricoh multifunctionals (message: "Failed to connect to server."). The problem is being investigated.
Update: fixed.
16-03-2024 There is currently a problem with mounting home drives (H:-disk).
Update: fixed.
12-03-2024 The M365 Self Service Tool (for requesting new MS Teams or SharePoint Online) will be unavailable on Friday 15 March from 4pm to 10pm due to an upgrade.
12-03-2024 SharePoint (sharepoint.ugent.be) will be unavailable from Friday 15 March 10pm until Saturday 16 March 1pm due to an update of the SharePoint 2.0 environment.
13-12-2023 Some old DNS servers will be switched off on Tuesday, 19 December. Just about all laptops and standard desktops are set to be automatically assigned the correct network configuration. Check here if that is not the case.
09-11-2023 From 6 November 2023, the disk quota on webshares will become active again.
23-10-2023 From Monday evening 23/10 Athena's login screen changes slightly.
25-09-2023 Unified Communication (UC) got an upgrade with a revamped web client. The sign-on procedure changes slightly.
