Screenshot

• You can create a screenshot by pressing the PrintScreen key in order to capture everything you can see on your computer screen or by pressing 'Alt'+'Print Screen' (Do not use 'Alt Gr'!) to capture the active window only.



• Then open the program 'Paint' , which you can find under Accessories



• Paste the screenshot in Paint by pressing CTRL-V.



• After that, you can save the screenshot via "Save as" under "File" in the main menu at the top of the screen (in Paint).
  
  



• Enter a filename. You can best save the file as "jpeg" and send us the jpeg via e-mail to helpdesk@UGent.be.
