Your VM environment probably also uses a so-called Docker environment. In that case, you must ensure that the IP range of the Docker does not overlap with the IP range of Eduroam. Eduroam's IP range is 172.17.0.0/16 So adjust the docker's ip range so that there is no longer a conflict. Or ask your administrator of the VM environment to do this if you are not the administrator. DICT helpdesk cannot make changes to the VM environments.
