When you contact the helpdesk, always mention:
- your login name
- the platform (Windows, Unix, MacOS,...) you are using
- what software you are using
- the location where you're experiencing problems (faculty department, PC-room, at home....)
- when the problem occurred (circumstances)
- the exact error message you received
- the subject when you send an e-mail, covering the problem description.
