Managing e-mail rules
Rules can be used to automatically move, mark, forward and reply to e-mails.
Outlook WebApp
- Surf to outlook.office.com and log in.
- Click on the cogwheel to go to settings.
- E-mail > Rules
- Here you can manage existing rules (disable, delete, adjust priority, ...)
- Add a new rule with "Add new rule".
Outlook Client (2016, 2019, O365)
You can also use these rules through the client itself.
- After opening the Outlook client click on File.
- Click on Manage Rules and alerts. Here you will see all the rules that are applied to your mailbox.
- Check if these rules are made by you, if not or if they look suspicious we advise you to delete them.
