Managing e-mail rules

Rules can be used to automatically move, mark, forward and reply to e-mails.

Outlook WebApp

  1. Surf to and log in.
  2. Click on the cogwheel to go to settings.
  3. E-mail > Rules
  4. Here you can manage existing rules (disable, delete, adjust priority, ...)
  5. Add a new rule with "Add new rule".

Outlook Client (2016, 2019, O365)

You can also use these rules through the client itself.

  1. After opening the Outlook client click on File.
  2. Click on Manage Rules and alerts. Here you will see all the rules that are applied to your mailbox.
  3. Check if these rules are made by you, if not or if they look suspicious we advise you to delete them.
