Register and pay online at UGent

UGent has a contract with the payment service provider Ogone. This makes it possible to accept secure (https) payments over the web (to UGent).

Currently there are 3 possibilities to organize a web payment to UGent:

For congresses, the UGent Congress application has been developed. See UGent Congres: manage registrations and payments for your event online further explanation.
For sporadic payments, the UGent Paydirect application has been developed. After entering the necessary information (amount, subject, payer) a payment link is automatically sent to the payer. For several payments of the same kind, it is possible to upload a list of payments as a CSV file.
It is also possible to make payments from your own website directly to pay.ugent.be. This requires server-side scripting and some development experience. The technical information to implement such payments is described in "Betaling doorsturen naar pay.ugent.be".
