You can request a refund by choosing "Refund" on ugent.mynetpay.be under "Profile".

At the latest until the end of November 2024, you can request the refund of the balance on your epurse.

Your status at Ghent University has expired and you no longer have access to your UGent account but there is still a balance left on your card.

You can request a refund by sending a message via DICT Helpme. Please provide the following details: login name, name and account number (IBAN). If it is a non-Belgian account, also provide BIC code, name and address of the bank. This refund may take some time.

After a few minutes, it checks whether the prints have actually come out. If not, the budget will be reset. So wait and be sure to check if your money is really gone (and stays gone) before contacting the helpdesk.
